Our process is simple and linear: Shop Select a core design from our catalog. Pick a general layout, flow, and vibe that you like and that feels right for your project. Don't worry about the colors and content now - we'll be customizing these for you. Select any add-ons you need, like additional pages, PayPal buttons, etc... Checkout Once you've got everything you need in your cart, head to the checkout and pay. Discovery After checkout, you'll receive an email containing the link to your Discovery Questionnaire. This is where you'll tell us about your project, your goals, and your design preferences. This is also where you'll upload any text copy and images you'd like us to use. Once you've completed the questionnaire, we'll start building your site! Build-Out Relax. We do all the work now. Our designers customize your core design with your color palette, logo, and content. They'll locate royalty-free stock images and generate text copy to populate the site, if and as needed. Review When the site is ready, you'll receive a link to review it. Tell us if you see anything you would like us to add, remove, or edit. We'll make the edits, send an updated link, and repeat the process until you're happy! Launch When there's no more revisions, we'll either launch your site (if we're hosting it for you) or we'll send you a link to download a .zip file containing the complete site if you are using another host. We give our hosting customers two short lines of text to copy+paste into the DNS record at your domain registrar.
